Happy new year everybody. I'm writing this sitting more...
We'd just like to say a big thank you to all of you who bought our
single. Unfortunately we didn't make it into the chart this time
round, but the response Forget You received has been fantastic.
We've had a lot of radio exposure, some great reviews and have
gained a lot of new fans.
Just because the single's first week of release is over doesn't mean things are any quieter here at SSA Central. We're still promoting Forget You and this week sees another radio session and interview, this time on Oxford.fm.
We're also starting to get the ball rolling on our second release. The single has been decided upon, the artwork is nearly finalised and the planning for the video has begun in earnest - something that we'll be giving a few fans the chance to be in, so watch this space.
In the meantime, Forget You is still out on iTunes and we're looking for people to help us spread the word. If you want to help promote the band to your friends through your blogs, social networks or simply give out a few fliers or put up some posters send us an email, info@slashedseataffair.com, and we can give you a helping hand.
